In his cool and soothing voice, this Kenyan coastal superstar has managed to touch souls and hearts of many fans.

Having worked with several major bands in Kenya like Magazines band, African sunset Band,Clan Bibo, Them Mushrooms and the Maroon Comandos an army forces band, Diwani is obviously an experienced and talented musician.
He mentions alot of hiccups and challenges he has had to ford through in his musical journey and sadly wonders when piracy will ever come to an end.

"The day we as musicians will get the breakthrough and a level playground we shall be privileged to entertain and enjoy our inborn and God given talents.
Marketing issues, and breaking out to other countries is key and an admiration for any musician."

As an inspirational message Diwani challenges all upcoming and growing artistes to be focused and keep it real. Stay true and believe that all is possible if you dont give up.
Diwani has coastal style afro music and boasts of songs like Nihendedze, Mwanangu, Dama, mke mwenza, Karembo amongst others and currently is working on a new album  with Afrika Ngoma featuring Olith Ratego to be launched soon.
